What's unlimited, what's metered
Web chat and WhatsApp are unlimited. They're just AI reasoning over your documents, which costs pennies a conversation, so we don't count them. The metered part is anything that uses the phone network: £79 includes 500 AI call-minutes a month, about 200 routine calls, then 15p a minute, shown live on your dashboard. SMS, if you switch it on, is passed through at carrier cost. No silent overage, no bill shock. If you're regularly over, we'll move you to the right plan before you are.
